My own journey

Growing up in Utah, I've always had a deep passion for helping people find joy and fulfillment in their lives and relationships. As I discovered ways to blend my passions with my career, my path led me to Brigham Young University for a bachelor's degree and then to the University of North Texas, where I earned a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Returning to Utah in 2012, I've cherished the opportunity to share my life with my wonderful wife and children here.

I understand the struggles people face when their lives don't align with their expectations. This is a common experience, and I believe therapy is an invaluable tool for overcoming these challenges. Whether the issues stem from mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, or ADHD, or from traumas and life's inherent unfairness, I am committed to meeting clients where they are. Together, we will work to discover new solutions, gain fresh insights, and build resilience.

Support, help, and solutions are out there — and I’m here to help you find them.
